We offer snorkeling and freediving introductions for children, teens, adults, and families, tailored to your age, experience, needs, and interests.

 

Sessions can include:

Tides and currents • Waves • Deep water • Ocean breathing • Breath control • Resting • Navigation • Ocean safety • Snorkeling • Freediving. 

 

We can also help you dial in your gear and prepare for the specific conditions and activities you may encounter on an upcoming trip. We've prepared everyone from teens interested in spearfishing to families planning an open ocean snorkeling adventure to swimmers who simply want more confidence exploring the ocean.
